HyGlobe is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Hypixel Studios. Hytale is a trademark of its owners. Map data comes from Natural Earth (public domain); flag images come from flagcdn.com.
Terms of use
Using the site and the server
By using this website or joining the game server at play.hyglobe.net, you accept these terms and the server rules. If you do not accept them, please do not use our services.
Your behaviour
- Be respectful: no harassment, hate speech, threats or discrimination, in game, on the site or on Discord.
- No cheating, exploits, hacked clients, automation or abuse of bugs. Report bugs to the staff instead.
- No scams, no trading of in-game items or money for real money, and no impersonation of staff.
- Rivalries, diplomacy and roleplay stay inside the game. Real-world politics, symbols or events must never be used to attack other players.
The staff may warn, mute, kick or ban any player who breaks these terms. Serious cases may be reported to the authorities.
Nations and in-game content
Countries on the map are game territories, not statements about real borders or governments. In-game items, money, ranks, nations and buildings belong to the game world: they have no real-world value and may be changed, reset or removed, for example to fix bugs or balance the game.
Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the server and the website online, but we cannot guarantee that they are always available or free of errors. We may change these terms at any time; the date on this page shows the last update.
Intellectual property
The HyGlobe name, logo, texts and original content of this site belong to their authors and may not be reused without permission.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to run the server and the website, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
- In game: your Hytale username and account id, your IP address, your position, chat messages, commands and in-game actions (trades, money, blocks). We need them to run the game, protect territories and investigate cheating or abuse.
- On the website: standard server logs (IP address, pages visited, browser). The website has no accounts yet.
Third parties
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it does. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes your requests to deliver and protect it.
How long we keep it

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Contact us on Discord. You can also complain to your data protection authority (the CNIL in France).
